*Primary Purpose*
The eISU eMarketing and Communications Coordinator will take a leadership role in eISU strategic and operational planning. Areas of emphasis and responsibility will include eMarketing, Communications, Program viability analysis, Website, Academic department support, SBOE form requirements and program opportunities, and State Authorization and Compliance.
*Key Responsibilities*
Support development and implementation of new online learning initiatives working with faculty, department leadership, and instructional and design support team
Work with academic leadership and academic departments to develop formal guidance and support for new online programs
Ensure appropriate institutional units are informed and involved in the online program development process
Seek opportunities to generate ideas and options for new online programs with various stakeholders
Develop data driven priorities for recruitment, retention, and completion of online programs
Engage academic units across campus to increase online opportunities and reduce barriers for degree completion
Monitor emerging trends in online learning
Responsible for marketing and business plan development
Oversee eISU's web presence and website development for online programs and initiatives
Provide leadership and oversight for State Authorization and Professional Licensing requirements for online programs
*Minimum Qualifications*
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in eMarketing and Business Plan Development
Three (3) years experience in Higher Education
*Preferred Qualifications*
Masters Degree in Business or Education
Higher Education experience supporting course and program development
