**_Primary Purpose_**Full-time position which provides primary coordination of day-to-day operations within the Office of Experiential Education (OEE). This includes the Introductory Pharmacy Practice Experience (IPPE) and Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience (APPE) programs. Additionally, this position will be responsible for scheduling all rotations as well as provide support of recruitment, development, evaluation, and retention of program preceptors and practice sites. The position serves students, and faculty at all three College of Pharmacy locations, Pocatello & Meridian, ID and Anchorage, AK, as well as preceptors throughout Idaho, Alaska, and Nevada. The position could be located on any ISU campus or could work remotely.
**_Key Responsibilities_**
* Provide primary technical support for E-Value and all supportive systems to ensure data is current, accurate and provides essential information for programmatic success. (25%)
* Implement, organize, and manage scheduling all students for APPE rotations including: creation of block dates, obtaining preceptor availability, serving as primary rotation scheduling processes. In collaboration with the Assistant Deans of Experiential Education Assistant Deans for Experiential Education and Assistant Dean for Alaska Programs facilitate site reassignments as needed to best serve the sites and students. (20%)
* Coordinate rotation and E*Value training for sites, preceptors, faculty, and students (25%)
* OEE record management (10%)
* Establish affiliation agreements with all sites and acts as first point of contact and as a liaison between facilities and the University General Counsel's Office in the maintenance of affiliation agreements. (5%)
* Serve as primary contact for preceptors and students to communicate and enforce any standardized processes and procedures. Resolve student performance / preceptor issues that may arise in preparation for or during scheduled rotation.
* Serve as primary contact with Boards of Pharmacy and credential agencies regarding the certification of pharmacy practice hours. (<5%)
* Coordinate the compilation of accreditations reports related to experiential education as required by ACPE. (<5%)
**_Minimum Qualifications_**1. Large database management skills (e.g. Excel or other notable database system)
2. Health profession education knowledge
3. Bachelor's degree
4. Proficient in Word, Excel, and Office programs
5. Customer service experience
**_Preferred Qualifications_**1. E-value administrator experience
2. Criminal background check vendor database management experience - Certiphi or CastleBranch
3. Banner or other University database experience
4. Master's degree
